Advantages and Features
1.This machine is widely used in aluminum profile oxidation and coloring workshops, and can also be used in electroplating and pickling workshops with similar processes. It is suitable for frequent working environments.
2. The machine is used in an environment with high humidity and corrosive, acidic and other volatile gases. Therefore, the surface of the crane needs to be shot blasted to remove rust, sprayed with anti-corrosion paint, and the motor and electrical components need to use a higher protection level.
3. The crane adopts a single-sided platform design and the lifting frame is set according to the actual lifting height.
4. The lifting mechanism adopts roller chain lifting and cooperates with counterweight. The hook can be fixed or open and close. The counterweight uses steel wire rope for double protection to prevent falling accidents.
5. The crane trolley adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which makes starting and stopping smoother.
6. The driver's cab can be designed to be entered from the end or side; wired control or wireless remote control can be installed according to user requirements, and PLC programming control can also be achieved for multiple oxidation machines on the production line.
7. Before placing an order, the user must provide specific parameters: such as span, lifting height, and related dimensions of the oxidation tank; the user must determine the process flow based on their site conditions.
