Advantages and Features
LD electric single girder overhead crane (hereinafter referred to as single girder off-track crane)It is designed and manufactured according to the JB/T1306-94 standard and is used in conjunction with electric hoists such as the CD1 and MD1 models, becoming a type of ultra-low headroom, light small-sized crane with a sidetrack operation.The electric hoist is located on one side of the main beam, increasing the service space of the hook, which can reduce the height and cost of the factory building.The lifting capacity is 1-16 tons.Applicable span is 7.5 meters-22.5 meters.Working temperature -25°C~+40°C, humidity ≤84%, in an environment free from fire, explosion, and corrosive media, and the lifting of liquid metals, toxic, flammable, and explosive materials is prohibited.
Advantages: Compact dimensions, low building clearance height, overcoming the shortcomings of poor stability and limited effective lifting height of LD type electric single girder cranes, economical and practical.
Disadvantages: Low job level, not suitable for heavy workshops.
